LAUGHING AT MY NIGHTMARE

I’m getting very excited for our next twitter bomb, which will start tomorrow night (Wednesday) at 8 PM! We are going to be tweeting LeSean McCoy (@CutonDime25), the running back for the Philadelphia Eagles. It would mean a lot to me if all of my followers took part in this twitter bomb, not only because McCoy is one of my all-time favorite players, but also because it will be a monumental for our nonprofit if we are successful. Here’s how you can help!

This twitter bomb will be a little different than the last few. Instead of trying to convey everything we want to tell him in one tweet, I have made a page on my blog, which contains a letter that I’ve written to Mr. McCoy. Our tweets will direct him to that page so that he will read it, fall in love with me, and either ask for my hand in marriage, or support LAMN the way we are asking him to. Here is the tweet I need all of you to start sending Wednesday night at 8 PM EST (7PM CENTRAL, 5PM WEST COAST, 10AM-Thursday for Sydney, 1AM-Thursday for London).

You can read the letter I wrote for yourself, but in summary: Pat and I are going to Eagles training camp on Friday. The letter asks McCoy to consider supporting LAMN, Inc. by wearing one of our wristbands during his games this season. The plan is to meet up with him at camp on Friday to give him the wristbands/become best friends.

These outreach opportunities will really help us meet our fundraising goals for muscular dystrophy research this year.
